Local Partnerships

Our local community is important to us.

We recognise the opportunities our people have, and we seek to help create greater opportunities for others too.

By way of example, the firm has partnered with a local school in London’s East End as part of its internship programme.

The firm has a host of talented individuals across multiple disciplines including trading, operations, research, software engineering, legal and finance.

By inviting students to join us, we can enable them to map out their own career path, wherever that may lead them and have a positive social impact upon our local community.

Participation

We have a number of keen sportspeople at the firm and are always willing to take part in local events.

We are regulars in the annual Grosvenor Square athletics tournament and our football team competes against other London based businesses.

Diversity and Inclusion

People are at the heart of our business.

We are committed to eliminating discrimination and promoting equality and diversity in our policies, practices and procedures so as to ensure that we maintain an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.

We are pleased to share that we are a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. We know that ethnic minorities still face significant disparities in employment and progression in Britain, and that is something we need to change. The Charter is composed of five calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors. We signed up to taking practical steps to ensure their workplaces are tackling barriers that ethnic minority people face in recruitment and progression and that their organisations are representative of British society today.

Think Green, be Responsible

Being conscious of our impact on the world we live in matters to us.

We actively encourage staff to have a positive impact on the environment, for example, by recycling plastics, paper and card through our recycling points and by offering a cycle to work scheme.

Through our Responsible Supplier policy we aim to work with suppliers who operate in a fair and ethical manner, uphold human rights and treat their workers with dignity and respect. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the basic ethical requirements we expect our suppliers to adhere to across jurisdictions.

In 2020, we also became a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to ESG across our business.
